Als er maar 668 stuks van gebouwd zijn dan weet je dat je iets bijzonders in handen hebt. Wat voor moois hebben we nu weer in de showroom , een nette TVR S2 van 1988. De S2 is degene met de heerlijke Ford Cologne V6 met 170 pk. Wat een geweldig geluid produceert dit speelgoed, ongelofelijk. De Cologne V6 is een heerlijke, uiterst betrouwbare motor. Hij heeft zich in meerder auto’s bewezen. De sleutel omdraaien en de brullende 6 cylinder komt tot leven. Als je gas geeft dan wordt het alleen maar mooier. De techniek van de auto is prima in orde, alles is zoals fabrieks origineel en is netjes verzorgt. Het chassis en de ophanging zijn in zeer goede staat. Het lakwerk is netjes, zoals elke TVR met een Fiber body heeft hij een paar kleine lak imperfecties, niets bijzonders. De 5 speed versnellingsbak schakelt fantastisch, strak en scherp. De auto is netjes onderhouden door de voormalig Belgische eigenaar en heeft slechts 69000 mijl op de teller staan. Recent is er een geheel nieuwe RVS uitlaat gemonteerd a € 780. De auto is van origine zwart, dat staat hem geweldig, zeker met het beige lederen interieur . Het gehele interieur is in zeer nette staat, prachtige lederen stoelen met matching deurpanelen en beige tapijtset. Het originele 4 spaaks Moto Lita stuur is gelukkig nog aanwezig, dat is al zeldzaam op zich. De auto heeft een zwart mohair softtop/surreytop met mohair dakpanelen. Alles in zeer goede staat. Het dashboard is origineel en alle meters werken perfect zoals het hoort. De auto staat op prachtige OZ wielen met goede banden. De TVR heeft een Belgisch kenteken en is dus gemakkelijk op een ander Europees kenteken te zetten indien gewenst. Auto’s gebouwd in deze beperkte oplage worden met de dag zeldzamer, wie gaat deze machtig klinkende schoonheid rond trappen deze lente en zomer?

It has proven itself in several cars. Turn the key and the roaring 6 cylinder comes to life. When you push the throttle , it only gets better. The technology of the car is fine, everything is as factory original and has been neatly maintained. The chassis and suspension are in very good condition. The paintwork is neat, like every TVR with a Fiber body it has a few small paint imperfections, nothing special. The 5-speed gearbox shifts fantastically, tight and sharp. The car has been neatly maintained by the former Belgian owner and has only 69,000 miles on the counter. Recently a full stainless steel exhaust system of € 780 is mounted. The car is originally black, which suits it great, especially with the beige leather interior. The entire interior is in very neat condition, beautiful leather seats with matching door panels and beige carpet set. The original 4 spoke Moto Lita steering wheel is fortunately still present, which is rare in itself. The car has a black mohair soft top / surrey top with mohair roof panels. Everything in very good condition. The dashboard is original and all meters work perfectly as they should. The car stands on beautiful OZ wheels with good tires. The TVR has a Belgian license and can therefore easily be transferred to another European license if desired. Cars built in this limited edition are becoming rarer by the day, who is going to kick this mighty sounding beauty around this spring and summer?
