Informal!!!! Falta de palabra!!!! No crean lo que les digan!!!! Llamé a Marc Ostermann e indiqué que queria el coche; quedó en enviarme por mail los documentos para realizar la transferencia; NUNCA los envió!!!! Vendieron el coche a otra persona por detrás!! Y dicen que yo tardé en decidirme!!!! UNA AUTENTICA VERGÜENZA!!!

Der freundlich und zuvorkommend. Insbesondere möchte ich Herrn Ostermann erwähnen, der mehr als freundlich und kompetent was. Kauf ist letztlich nur daran gescheitert, das man am Auto die Umsatzteuer nicht ausweisen konnte. Autohaus ist sehr zu empfehlen.
